LATHAM-Army Command Sgt. Maj. Arnold Reyes is awarded the Legion of Merit Medal by Maj. Gen. Jack James, the 42nd Infantry Division Commander, during his retirement ceremony on Oct. 17, 2026, at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham, New York. Reyes was honored after concluding 43 years of military service to his nation.
