SPC Kevin Grabowski is pictured operating the Radio Interoperability System, part of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC). The JISCC supported the operations center of Task Force Dupont. TF Dupont was composed of units from the Iowa and New York Army National Guard.

The 104th is the first New York Army National Guard unit to begin the complete 90-day process following its return from Iraq.
