To request the 42nd Infantry Division Band in a public event, please complete a DD FORM 2536 Request for Armed Forces Participation in Public Events (non-aviation). The DD Form 2536 along with instruction can be found at https://dmna.ny.gov/community/static.htm.
Please note that requests should be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event to be considered for support. Less than 90 days notice greatly reduces the chance that support will be available. Requests received within 30 days of the event will NOT be considered.
To obtain assistance with this request process, please contact the New York National Guard Government Affairs office at 518-786-4580. For specific information regarding the 42nd Infantry Division Band, please contact a band staff member below.
