Officer Interstate Transfer

Leadership is the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation, while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
Always Ready, Always there.

It is upon the incoming Officer to contact an Officer Strength Manager (OSM) from the Recruiting and Retention Command (R&R CMD) of the state he is moving to. To find a new position in that state within 90 days from the date the losing state authorized transfer. Click here for NGB Guidance on interstate transfer.
