WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY - South African Brigadier General Mashoro Abel Phala speaks with members of the New York Air National Guard's 106th Rescue Wing in Westhampton Beach on February 8th, 2014. During this visit, General Phala, the South African Defense Attache to the United States and Canada, toured the 101st, 102nd and 103rd Rescue Squadrons, inspecting equipment and speaking with airmen about their mission.
