BUFFALO--Col. Steven Hefferon commander of the 107th Mission Support Group Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station New York Air National Guard presents a wreath on behalf of the president at the grave of Millard Fillmore the 13th president Buffalo N.Y. Jan. 7 2021. The 107th Attack Wing has been honoring the former president with a wreath laying each year on his birthday for more than 30 years.
