FORT DRUM-- Leaders of the 174th Fighter Wing and the New York National Guard cut the ribbon officially opening the new $5.1 million Launch and Recovery Hangar housing two MQ-9 aircraft at Wheeler Sack Army Airfield on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
