NEW YORK-- New York Guard Chaplain (Major) John Muniz conducts Easter services for Soldiers and civilians staffing the New York State mass vaccination site at Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City on Easter Sunday, April 4. The vaccination site was open on Easter. The New York Guard is the state's volunteer defense force.
