NEW YORK--New York Army National Guard 1st Lt. Greg Cheung, a member of Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery, promotes Spec. Jessy Polanco, assigned to Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery, during promotion ceremonies held at the Lexington Avenue Armory in Manhattan on June 19, 2021.
