CAMP SMITH-- New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. The Logan-Duffy Annual Rifle Match dates back to 1936 and is designed to foster tactical readiness, individual marksmanship capability, and interstate esprit de corps reinforcing a fraternal bond between the two storied Northeast Irish-American battalions that originated during the Civil War.
