This helps the State to overcome language barriers to public services and programs for people with Limited English Proficiency. At the moment, the top twelve languages are: Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Yiddish, Bengali, Korean, Haitian Creole, Italian, Arabic, Polish, French, and Urdu.
