The system contains comprehensive information and personalized benefits statements. With this self-service tool, you can view a statement of your benefits, use retirement calculators to perform "what-if" scenarios and view informational seminars all through the internet. EBIS is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Over 40 different forms relating to retirement, health insurance, life insurance and TSP are available for you to fill out and print for submission.

These calculators produce estimates of retirement benefits based on “potentially” creditable service. This means you may have service that is included in the calculation that may not actually be creditable, such as active military service where a deposit has not been paid.
