Military Grants & Scholarships
The USAA Guardian Scholarship Fund
Since September 11, 2001, over 800 Guard members have made the ultimate sacrifice in support of the Global War on Terrorism. These heroes left behind more than 1,000 children. Established in 2011 and underwritten by the United Services Automobile Association (USAA), the USAA Guardian Scholarship Fund provides college scholarships to the children of National Guardsmen who have been lost in service to our nation since 9/11. Over the past decade, NGEF has awarded more than 140 scholarships to students through the Leonardo DRS and USAA Guardian Scholarship Fund(s).
The Van Hipp Heroes Scholarship Fund
Offers $1,000 annually for a total of $4,000, to Guardsmen wounded in an operational or training mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or Operation New Dawn who are pursuing college degrees.
EANGUS Scholarship
EANGUS provides scholarships to select students as a part of our mission to foster educational opportunities for National Guard service members and their families.
EANYNG Scholarship
Through our scholarship programs, we aim to ease the financial burden of higher education and provide opportunities for success to the children, spouses, and dependents of enlisted members of the New York Army and Air National Guard.
Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation (RDVF) Scholarship
Today’s foundation is dedicated to its continued growth and has extended the program to include eligibility to all Soldiers assigned to “Aligned for Training” Brigades of the 42nd Infantry Division.
RDVF Rainbow Assistance for Vocational Education (RAVE)
The Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation (RDVF) awards vocational scholarships up to $2,000.00 to currently serving soldiers assigned to the 42nd Infantry Division (to include “Division Aligned Units”).
