EBIS is a web based application that allows you to access general and personal benefits information and conduct electronic transactions using a computer. The system contains comprehensive information and personalized benefits statements. With this self-service tool, you can view a statement of your benefits, use retirement calculators to perform "what-if" scenarios and view informational seminars all through the internet. EBIS is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Over 40 different forms relating to retirement, health insurance, life insurance and TSP are available for you to fill out and print for submission.
