Gen. Craig McKinley, the Chief of the National Guard Bureau praised Army and Air National Guard spouses for their support of their service members who have deployed overseas since the attacks of September 11, in a letter releases this week.
McKinley, an Air National Guard officer, is the highest ranking officer in the National Guard and is the responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, programs and plans affecting more than half a million Army and Air National Guard personnel.
