CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE--Sgt. Morgan Cady, the New York National Guard's Traditional NCO of the Year for 2009 takes aim during marksmanship competition at Camp Smith Training Site on Friday, May 15.
Cady, a member of the 104th Military Police Battalion in Kingston, and a Booneville, Lewis County, resident, was competiting against National Guard NCOs from throughout the Northeast for the honor of representing the National Guard at the Army-wide NCO and Soldier competition later this year.
