Adjutant General Honors Fallen

LATHAM-- Major General Joseph Taluto, the Adjutant General, speaks about the 31 members of the New York Army National Guard, and one Naval Militia member (a Marine Corps Reservist) who have given their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan since 2001.
The Joint Forces Headquarters, and New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs, holds a pre-Memorial Day ceremony annually to remember fallen New Yorkers.
