New York Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class David Peeler from the 101st Signal Battalion assists Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Police Officer Bailey in Penn Rail Station checking passenger tickets in waiting area Feb. 4 during Operation Empire Guardian Multiple agency security surge (MASS) operations.
