COEYMANS--New York Naval Militia Machinest Second Class Robert Hill mans Patrol Boat 230 during a joint operation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in the Hudson River here on Wednesday, August 4.
The Naval Militia patrol boat acted as a target for a DEC team on another boat simulating a check for radioactive emissions from a vessel in the river.
The operation was part of Exercise Trojan Horse, a maritime security drill run by the State University of New York Maritime College in New York City
