NewYork Air Guard General Pins On Second Star

Maj. Gen James Kwiatkowski is pinned by his son 107th Airlift Wing Tech. Sgt. Andrew Kwiatkowski and his wife Ranea as his daughter Nicole Dabby looks on during a ceremony held Aug. 4 at Scott AFB. "This is a sacred trust and I will do my best to be effective in the trust placed in me today," the General said.
Kwiatkowski, a former commander of the 107th, is the Director of Operations for the Headquarters New York Air National Guard and also serves as the Air National Guard Assistant to the Commander, United States Transportation Command.
