TARRYTOWN - New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Michael Swezey addresses Soldiers of the 37th Finance Detachment during the organization’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration program here Aug. 28. More than 45 Soldiers and family members attended the event that provides Citizen Soldiers and their families with access to information about services all related to the transition from Soldier back to Citizen. "This weekend is all about you and your family," Swezey told the group.
