NY Hosts Army Guard Leader Across Empire State

New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Greg Dreisbach, commander of New York’s Joint Task Force Empire Shield briefs current operations to Brig. Gen. Timothy Kadavy, Deputy Director of the Army National Guard during a brief two-day visit to New York Oct. 18-19.
