AUBURN--Lt. Col. Arthur Zegers receives the colors of the 102nd Military Police Battalion from Col. Reginald Sanders, commander of the 153rd Troop Command during change of command ceremonies at the New York State Armory here on Oct. 16.
The battalion is the headquarters for the 206th, 107th, 105th and 222nd Military Police Companies.
