Army Guard Recruits Learning Room Clearing Tactics

GLOVERSVILLE--New York Army National Guard Recruits prepare conduct a room-clearing exercise in the third floor attic of the New York State Armory here as Staff Sgt. Zachary Flewelling gives them final instructions.
New recruits to the Army National Guard conduct monthly training as members of the Recruit Sustainment Program until they can go to Basic Training. The recruits learn basic military skills during the program.
