Congressman Meets with Guard Troops on State Duty

PRATTSVILLE, NY-- U.S. Representative Chris Gibson speaks with members of the New York Army National Guard on State Active Duty here in response to Hurricane Irene. Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo activated more than 2,500 members of the New York Army and Air National Guard to respond to the storm. Flooding from extensive rainfalls have caused damage in some upstate areas.
