Troops Make Labor for Your Neighbor a Success

PRATTSVILLE - New York Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Frank Rizzi from the 101st Enhanced Signal Battalion briefs volunteers before heading out for cleanup missions in Prattsville, N.Y. Sep. 4.
