ROME--Gen. Charles Jacoby Jr., commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and Northern Command presents an excellent coin to New York Air National Guard Capt. Chris Combs, assistant chief of operations for the Eastern Air Defense Sector, during a visit to the EADS facility on Thursday, Oct. 27.
