NY Guard Members Learn Rescue Techniques

CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE -- New York Guard Search and Rescue volunteers receive emergency helicopter evacuation procedures from NY State Police Technical Sgt. Duwayne Tinsley during annual training here July 26. During the week-long training, troops excersied various response strategies to ensure the saftey of New Yorkers during a state emergency.
