TROY-- New York Guard Col. Brian Farley hands the colors of the New York Guard 10th Brigade to New York Guard Col. Larry Bishop, the Chief of Staff, during a change of command ceremony on Saturday. Sept. 15 at the South Lake Avenue Armory here. New York Guard Col. David Molik took command of the brigade.The New York Guard is the state’s defense force manned by volunteers who augment and assist the New York Army and Air National Guard.
