New York ’ Boss Lift’ for Employers

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana--New York Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Kevin Bradley speaks to New York employers during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve "Boss Lift" on Friday, Oct. 19. Twenty-seven representatives of companies which have committed to hire members of the Guard and Reserve were flown to Indianapolis on board a New York Air National Guard C-17 on a training flight and treated to a presentation on Guard capabilities and the importance of hiring Guard members put on by Panther Racing and the Indiana National Guard. The Panther Racing team is sponsored by the National Guard and conducts ESGR events as part of that relationship. The employers also got a chance to visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as part of the trip.
