NEW YORK-- Army Major General Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General of New York and Army Gen. Frank Grass, the chief of the National Guard Bureau survey the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy while flying in a New York Army National Guard UH-60 on Friday, Nov. 2. Grass, who sits on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, visited New York and New Jersey to observe Guard units in action responding to Hurricane Sandy.
