LONG BEACH-- New York Army National Guard Soldiers pass out emergency food rations to local residents here during a Point Of Distribution mission on Monday, Nov. 5. More than 3,300 New York National Guard Soldiers, as well as 800 Soldiers and Airmen from the National Guards of Pennsylvania, Deleware, Ohio, and Massachusetts are on hand to aid residents, along with federal troops in a the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
