STATEN ISLAND, NY -- Pvt. Vanessa Diaz a Soldier with the 719th Transportation Company, New York Army National Guard, uses an electronic notebook to perform wellness checks, here December 6, 2012. Diaz and other Soldiers of Team Sandy are going door to door performing wellness checks and collecting data for local authorities. Since November, New York Army National Guard Soldiers have completed over 96,000 wellness checks.
