Kevin Rogers, Maintenance Commander of the New York Air National Guard's 107th Airlift Wing, presents a wreath honoring President Millard Fillmore-- who served from 1850 to 1853-- at his gravesite in Forest Lawn Cemetery on January 7, 2013.
