John Higgins, commander of the New York Air National Guard's 107th Airlift Wing, placed a wreath on the grave of President Millar Fillmore on behalf of President Barack Obama at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo, N.Y., on Jan. 9, 2014. The wing places a wreath on the grave of the Fillmore, who served as president from 1850 to 1853 on the anniversary of his birth on Jan. 7, 1800.
