SCHENECTADY, NY -- New York Army National Guard Sgt. Pamela Daigle (left) and Sgt. 1st Class Karin Tirinato (right) distribute disaster and emergency response starter kits following a session of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Corps Training Program at Union College here on March 1. New York National Guard troops gave disaster and emergency training to more than 400 people who attended the event.
