SCHENECTADY, NY -- New York Army National Guard Sgt. Pamela Daigle (left) and Sgt. 1st Class Karin Tirinato (right) distribute disaster and emergency response starter kits following a session of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Corps Training Program at Union College here on March 1.
