Joint Force Headquarters Marks Army Birthday

LATHAM- The New York National Guard's oldest Soldier-- 65-year old Col. Joan Sullivan (right)-- joins one of its youngest Soldiers, 19-year old Pvt. 1st Class Jack Jeffers, (right) and Brig. Gen. The United States Army was created on June 14, 1775.
