NIAGARA FALLS-- Members of the New York Air National Guard's 107th Airlift Wing are briefed on weather conditions by Staff Sgt. Heather Eberhart as they prepare to head out into a massive snowstorm and assist local authorities in responding this morning, Wednesday, Nov. 19. The 107th Airlift Wing is providing an Initial Response Force. The Army Guard's 152nd Engineer Company and 827th Engineer Company deployed snow morning equipment in support of Erie County response operations.
