New York Soldiers heading for Gitmo

TROY-- Major General Harry Miller, the commander of the New York Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division speaks to division Soldiers heading for Fort Bliss, Texas and then the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base on Sunday, March 22 at 42nd Division headquarters here. The team conducted a farewell ceremony before heading to Fort Bliss for post mobilization training.
