SARATOGA SPRINGS -- The New York State Military Museums newest exhibit Ever Upward, telling the story of the New York Air National Guard, opened to the public on Nov 20. The exhibit includes several photographs and artifacts to highlight the story of the 5,600 member New York Air National Guard.
