HAWTHORNE--Colonel Timothy J. LaBarge, commander of the 105th Airlift Wing presents an American flag to the wife of New York Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Joseph G. Lemm at a funeral ceremony held on December 30, 2015. Tech. Sgt. Lemm was killed in action while deployed to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan on December 21st, 2015.
