West Point, NY On December 4th 2015, the New York Guard and the New York Naval Militia held their annual holiday Gala at the West Point Club located at the West Point Military Academy. The Guest speaker for the evening was Major General Patrick A. Murphy Adjutant General of New York State Military Forces.
