WESTHAMPTON BEACH--New York Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Christopher Muncy (inset photo) a member of the 106th Rescue Wing, was named Air National Guard Military Photographer of the Year during the 2015 Air National Guard Media Competition. He also won first place in the feature and pictorial photographic categories.
