Gov. Cuomo greets Soldiers on duty in New York

New York City--Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and MTA President Tom Pendergast greet members of the New York National Guard's Joint Task Force Empire Shield at Penn Station on Monday, Sept. 19. The National Guard Soldiers were deployed as part of the governor's stepped up security presence after a bomb detonated Saturday night on 23rd Street in the Chelsea section of Manhattan.
