NY National Guard honors President Arthur

MENANDS, NY-- Brig Gen. Thomas J. Owens, assistant adjutant general for the New York Air National Guard, and New York Air National Guard Command Chief Master Sgt. Amy Giaquinto (left) present arms after placing a wreath at the tomb of President Chester Arthur, the 21st President of the United States who is buried in Albany Rural Cemetery on Oct. 5, 2016. The New York National Guard represents the White House in this event annually on the late presidents birthday.
