Awards Recognize performance at Fort Polk

LATHAM--New York Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer 3 Kelly Fancher assigned to the Joint Force Headquarters received recognition, Jan. 7, for meritorious achievement during a Joint Readiness Training Center Exercise, at Ft. Polk, La., in July 2016. Fancher received an Army Commendation Medal from New York Army National Guard Col. Dennis Deeley who served as the Support Group Commander for the training rotation supporting the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
