NY National Guard Marks WWI Centennial

LATHAM --New York Lt. Gov. Kath Hochul speaks during a World War 1 Centennial commemorative ceremony held at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham N.Y. on April 6 2017. The event marked the 100th anniversary of the American entry into World War I. The 42nd Infantry Divisions World War I Color Guard played a role in the ceremony.
