Civil Support Team trains at ball park

TROY--2nd Civil Support Team (CST) member Staff Sgt. Joshua Spagnola uses evidence markers to tag suspected hazardous materials in a mock WMD laboratory during the 2nd CSTs training exercise at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium in Troy N.Y. on April 12 2017.
