STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- Employers of Airmen assigned to the 109th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard board an LC-130 "Skibird" at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, N.Y. on April 14. The wing flies the only ski-equipped aircraft in the U.S. military. A "boss lift" provides employers of National Guard Airmen with an idea of what their employees part-time job entails.
