LATHAM--N.Y. Army National Guard Lt. Col. Joseph Claus presents his brother Master Sgt. Leonard Claus with a ceremonial Non-Commissioned Officers Sword during their dual retirement ceremony in Latham N.Y. Dec. 2 2017.
